CX as briefed with an ambitious goal: elevate Manta in retail to create more immersive interactions for our customers. Building on the enthusiasm CMM and Sales heard from our retail partners during the Ventura Retail Roadshows, we're excited to introduce the Batman: Arkham Shadow Demo Experience - a unique and engaging way to bring Manta and Meta Quest to life.
The Batman: Arkham Shadow Demo Experience gives customers a chance to Become the Knight in a highly shareable mobile demo, traveling around the country. It uses real in-game props (e.g. Bat Signal) to create an immersive experience for customers to drive excitement and on-site sales. This is the first time Meta is bringing an experiential, immersive demo to retail partners at this scale.
